Jem, yes that's what is usually done, but I was so intelligent and presented the minis according a theme :D I think I will make a mix between photos with numbers and sections.
I think you should prepair a list like small tart= ??€ medium tart= ??€ etc. write it on paper, put it in a pretty frame, so that both customers and you can check for prices, without touching the items and without having to get crazy with tiny stickers.

It looks awesome! I think the booklet would work just fine, it is at once a little catalogue then :-)
