Charcuterie - Pork Meats Delicatessen (or Whatever it's Called in English)


Hey everyone!

It's cold thus time to eat raclette. You know the easy meal where you melt raclette cheese and eat it with boiled potatoes, various cooked meats, fresh salad and pickles!
Yeah well so there you have an inspiration for my minis ^^
I've been playing with the idea of making the raclette device, but let's face it, I won't. So I'm sharing the pictures of the recent work now :)

Do you eat raclette? If yes what are your favorite cooked meats?

Il fait froid, donc c'est le moment de la raclette!
Et paf, une inspiration pour mes miniatures ^^
J'ai vaguement réfléchi à faire l'appareil à raclette, mais bon, je ne vais pas le faire, du coup voici les assortiment de charcuterie :)

Et vous, la raclette, ça vous parle? Et quelles sont vos charcuteries préférées?

And since  [ pork meats + bread = sandwiches ] I also did some tiny prep board.

Et comme [ charcuterie + pain = sandwichs j'ai aussi fait des petits plateaux de préparation.

    mais surtout le fromage
    les pts de terre les cornichons les betteraves et jambon(s) ou viande grison !

    Barbara < ah ouiii les betteraves! j'avais zappé les betteraves! On a aussi pris de la bresaola cette fois ci, c'est du jambon de boeuf, très bon!

  5. Ha tiens, en parlant de raclette, on vient d'en manger une hier et ce midi ! (Miam!) Enfin, façon de parler, parce que si on peut appeler notre raclette une raclette... (On ne mange pas le fromage avec de la charcuterie et des patates, mais de la viande d'agneau coupée en morceaux qu'on fait griller et du riz -> troooop bon !)
