Chocolate Tarts

Chocolate tarts!
I always make the crust before and bake it, then fill it.
Now those 5 were lying around for a few months, I forgot about them and found them while re-organizing my studio (ahem...).
So I made 5 chocolate tarts variations :)

Je fais toujours la pâte en avance et la cuit pour ensuite la remplir.

Du coup ces 5 tartes traînaient depuis quelques mois dans mon studio et je ne les ai re-découvertes que récemment en rangeant mon atelier (hm!).
