DIY - Lemon Ring

When life gives you lemons... make rings out of them :D
I'd like to give a make-over to my blog/website/shop (and in extension my life) and making more DIY is part of it. And btw I eventually started on my book.
Anyhow! Here a very quick easy tutorial to make a lemon ring :)
And for those who prefer to buy it, you can find it in my online shop.

Je suis en train de repenser mon blog/site/magasin (et en extension ma vie) et du coup j'aimerai faire plus de trucs fun, dont des DIY. A ce propose j'ai enfin commencer à travailler sur mon livre.

Bref, tuto hyper simple et pour celles qui n'aiment pas modeller vous trouverez la bague dans mon magasin en ligne.

You will need yellow and green polymer clay (I use fimo), fimo liquid, blank ring, universal glue, a toothpick, sandpaper.
Vous avez besoin de fimo jaune, verte, liquide, d'une bague, de la colle universelle, a cure-dent, du papier de verre.

Shape a lemon by making 2 opposites tips on a ball with your fingers.
Cut the lemon in 2 equal parts.

En partant d'une boule, former deux pointes avec vos doigts.

Couper en 2 parts égales.

Using the sandpaper and the toothpick, texture the half lemon.
Avec le papier de verre et le cure-dent, donner de la texture au citron.

Shape 2 small leafs, texture them with the toothpick, cut the excess of clay if needed.
Former deux feuilles et structurer les avec le cure-dent (cet outil magique!).

Put a bit of liquid clay onto the lemon and put the leaf on top.
Bake.
Glue onto the ring.

Mettre un peu de fimo liquide sur le citron, placer la feuille.

Cuire.

Coller sur la base de bague.
