New Tutorial - Alice in Wonderland Wonky Cake

You are going to learn how to make the chocolate wonky cake, but I also made the white and pink one to show a variation.

Itty Bitty Tiny Chocolate Bars

I had a blast making those tiny chocolate bars. They have all been wrapped in some stiff plastic. I tried to use transparent tape as well, but the result being less good, it was back to folding and gluing the plastic sheet around those tiny chocolate bars :)

I'm going to put some in a display and some are going to be sold loose at the coming fairs, 1:12 Messe and SIMP :)

Je me suis bien amusée à faire ces toutes petites barres de chocolats! Je les ai emballées dans du plastique un peu rigide. J'ai tenté une version avec du scotch, mais le résultat n'était pas probant.

Je vais les mettre dans des petits présentoirs et en vendre aussi à l'unité aux foires de iniatures 1:12 Messe et au SIMP :)

Miniature Fair Display 2012

New year, new display. This time I think it's pretty awesome! Because it's... foldable! yaaay! which means easy to carry around. Since I'm going to need about 1 day just to go to the fair in Germany, the 1:12 Messe, "easy to carry around" is a must.
Of course, the same display is going to come to the miniature fair in Paris, the SIMP.

Nouvelle année, nouvelle présentation. Cette fois mon présentoir est top! Car... pliable! Et donc facile à transporter. Comme je vais me taper une journée de voyage pour aller à la foire en Allemagne, 1:12 Messe, "facile à transporter" est une condition à ma survie.
Et le tout viendra également au salon de miniatures à Paris, le SIMP.

Baking Day!

The good thing with miniature fairs is that I get to do a lot of miniature items and not just minifood jewelry :)
Now of course it makes you mad, 'cause it's not up for sale! But hey, I'm sure you appreciate the pictures ;)
And maybe you can come to the miniature fairs: 1:12 Messe and SIMP

Le bon côté des salons miniatures est que ça me donne l'occasion de faire des miniatures et pas uniquement des bijoux gourmands (rhôôô elle est moche cette phrase!)

Evidemment pour vous c'est pourri, vu que vous ne pouvez rien acheter! Mais je suis sûre que vous appréciez les images ;)

Et peut-être aurez-vous l'occasion de venir aux salons de miniatures : 1:12 Messe et au SIMP :)

Mussels and Wide-Angle

Hey :)

We made mussels with crème fraîche today (first time ever!) and they were exquisite ^^
We also went out to Quiberon and tested my new wide-angle lens. But I'm afraid there's some issue on the sharpness on the right side of the pictures. I'm going to ask pros tomorrow if it's me or the lens.

And we dipped our feet in the sea :)

Ou a fait des moules à la crème (pour la première fois!) et elles étaient super bonnes :)

On est également partis à Quiberon pour tester mon nouvel objectif grand angle, mais je crains qu'il y ait un problème avec la netteté sur la droite. Du coup demain je demanderai à des pros si c'est moi ou l'objectif :/

On a aussi trempé nos pieds dans l'eau :)
